and Western Iowa and is not used to support efforts outside
of our area.

OBE provides you with two annual membership options:
- $1,200 – gives you access to our online plan room, physical plan room and all member benefits
- $300 – gives you access to our physical plan room and all member benefits
Private Projects Capabilities
Members have the ability to select local vendors who can submit responses to projects by invitation only. Private projects are password protected.

Digital Take-Off Tool
Members can use our estimating software to help you in submitting bids.
Physical Plan Room
OBE has a small contractor-friendly physical plan room for our members. It is centrally located and staffed to provide you with assistance.
